4-H Foodie
July 30, August 13, August 20 & August 27 at 4:30-6:00pm
Market on River (128 W River St Ste 103, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729)
Join us for Summer 4-H Foodie, offered in collaboration with the Wisconsin Farmers Union and River Street Kitchen, for a hands-on kitchen experience led by professional chef Michelle Thiede. Participants will work with locally sourced ingredients while learning about cooperatives and building essential kitchen skills. Participants may sign up for all four sessions or choose either the July or August sessions. The cost is $20 for two weeks or $40 for the full series.
Week 1: Farmers Market Pasta Primavera, Garlic Bread, Smores Bars
Week 2: Tomato Bisque, Grilled Cheese 2 ways, Blueberry Cobbler Cups with Cinnawhip
Week 3: Street Corn Soup, Cheddar Corn Bread Muffins, Mini Apple Pies
Week 4: Build your own Pita Pizza Party, Market Salad, Watermelon “Pizza”
