Chippewa County 4-H Ambassadors
TThe Chippewa County 4-H Ambassador program helps youth develop essential life skills while exploring exciting 4-H opportunities. Any Chippewa County 4-H member in 7th grade or above is eligible to participate.
Responsibilities of Ambassadors
Ambassadors play a vital role in promoting 4-H across the county, leading activities and events, fostering teamwork and leadership skills, and serving as public relations representatives. They also lead community service projects at both the club and county levels while enjoying the experience of representing Chippewa County 4-H.
Ambassadors are expected to:
- Participate in Ambassador activities
- Assist with county-wide and tri-county programs.
- Help lead Education Stations at the Northern Wisconsin State Fair.
- Attend at least 60% of Ambassador meetings.
- Support county 4-H events and promote 4-H with pride.
Ambassadors have the opportunity to represent Chippewa County at: Local, state, and national experiences, Wisconsin 4-H Fall Forum (The Chippewa County 4-H Leaders Association will help offset the cost of Fall Forum registration), Wisconsin 4-H Summer Academy and Help plan the Discover Wisconsin Trip.
