The purpose of the Chippewa County 4-H Leadership Day is to provide youth and adults resources and leadership skills to bring back to their clubs and community.

This year’s theme will be “Putting the Fun into 4-H Meetings!” Youth and adults will be learning alongside each other during the day and leave with resources to bring back to their club.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER: This year’s keynote speaker will be April Daniels, a club advisor from Pierce County. She will talk about youth-adult partnerships in their club, what has made their club successful and what has contributed to its’ growth.

OFFICER TRAINING & PARLI PRO: Youth officers will break out into their officer positions to learn about their role in their club. They will then learn the basics about parliamentary procedure to help at their club.

VOLUNTEER TRAINING: While the officers are in training, adult volunteers will attend the annual volunteer training. This year’s topic is TBD.

LUNCH: Lunch will be provided during the day. The meal will consist of Sloppy Joe’s, beans, chips and fruit salad. Please include any dietary restrictions below so we can accommodate them.

OTHER DETAILS: 4-H Leadership Day will be held on Saturday, October 26 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Faith Lutheran Church in Chippewa Falls and is meant for both youth & adult volunteers.
