Electric weed control and late season weed management casual field day.

UW-Madison Extension in Chippewa, Dunn, and Eau Claire counties is hosting an Electric Weed Control Demonstration and Casual Field Day on Monday, July 22 from 11:00am to 1:00pm provided by Seibel’s Organic Farm. The field is located at 13000 115th Ave, Chippewa Falls.

Discussion of late season weed management in field crops will be the focus of the field day. Join and visit with Kevan Klingberg, Agronomist, Chippewa County Department of Land Conservation and Forest Management and Jerry Clark, Regional Extension Educator for Chippewa, Dunn, and Eau Claire counties as they discuss late season weed management and other field crop issues.

2 Certified Crop Advisor Continuing Education Credits are available. There is no cost to attend. Refreshments will be provided.
