4-H Leaders Association

The purpose of Leaders Inc. and Leader’s Council is to provide a countywide forum for 4-H youth and adult volunteer leaders to discuss ideas and to provide input to enhance 4-H programming at the county and local level

  • To be advocates and promotion for Chippewa County 4-H
  • To provide input and conduct county-wide programs for youth
  •  Raise funds and manage a yearly budget to support 4-H programming across the county
  • Recognize 4-Her’s and volunteers achievements through a meaningful awards program at the county level
  •  Positively represent 4-H to the greater community – local, county, state and federal
