– $15,000 Living Allowance

– $5,176.50 Education Award

– September 2024 – August 2025

– Average Hours Per Week: 25 (for 48 weeks)

Member Duties:

Gain valuable experience and impact your community by helping to grow both Chippewa County 4-H and our ​Chippewa County youth organizations and partners!. Whether build relationships with youth organizations; seeing what is offered and what COULD be offered, participating in meetings to learn more about Chippewa County or developing and delivering programming to meet identified needs, make an impact on the lives of youth and reach new, more and different youth with high quality programming! Along the way, you will build your skills, including recruitment and retention of youth and volunteers, curriculum review, development and teaching practice, youth development skills and even evaluation. 

Service Description:

Help us grow Wisconsin 4-H and build the capacity of partner organizations in Chippewa County! You will serve with a county 4-H office, and in partnership with a community organization to 1) see what is currently being offered, 2) help identify what else is wanted/needed and 3) start new partnerships and 4-H clubs to meet needs, reaching new, more and different young people in 4-H and the organization. Help us provide positive youth development opportunities!
